Once we have diagnosed the fault we will inform you of what costs are involved to get your system up and running again. If you decide that you would like Zero Point Limited to carry out the work, then only after completion, to your satisfaction, will you be invoiced at the agreed rate, this allows you to both control and keep within your I.T budget without spiralling out of control.
