At Zero Point Limited we don't believe in customers being uncertain about their I.T support costs, when you call Zero Point Limited with your queries, we will try to diagnose the fault over the phone at no cost to you, if we are unable to talk you through the problem we will make an appointment to carry out an onsite diagnosis free of charge.

Once we have diagnosed the fault we will inform you of what costs are involved to get your system up and running again. If you decide that you would like Zero Point Limited to carry out the work, then only after completion, to your satisfaction, will you be invoiced at the agreed rate, this allows you to both control and keep within your I.T budget without spiralling out of control. We maintain a professional and efficient service at all times and are more than happy to discuss any requirements.
